TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The promoter of the offer is Magical Productions Community Interest Company.
One goody bag will be allocated per adult ticket purchased in between the date range 1 May 2019 to 23:59 on Wednesday 1 June 2019. After this date, no further goody bags will be issued. The promoter reserves the right to change the beginning or end date.
Goodybag items will be provided to the ticket holder at Magical Festival 2019.
This offer is limited to a maximum of 300 goodybags.
The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the offer and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, loss of internet or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
No cash alternative to the offers will be offered. The offers are not transferable. The offer is subject to availability and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any offer with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

By buying a Magical ticket, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in England and Wales.
In the event that the festival does not go ahead, no prizes will be issued and no compensation will be due.
