Work alongside the production team to answer questions from festival goers, point things out and communicate programme changes to staff and the public. Great for someone with good organisational skills!
Be the face of Magical! You’ll be the first contact our guests and performers have with festival staff once they arrive, so it’s an important role! You’ll be operating the guest list, issuing wristbands and pointing people in the right direction. It’s super exciting meeting all of the festival goers, bands and DJs as they turn up!
Be the eyes and ears of Magical! You’ll be out and about, working in pairs or teams to keep the festival spic and span, help move various items (hay bales, chairs, tables etc), and make sure customers are having maximum fun and keeping safe. You’ll be in radio contact with production, reporting any incidents and feeding info back to staff and the public. Great for those wanting experience with event management!
Mainly for arrivals on Friday & Saturday, and departures on Monday. You’ll be stationed in the car park, directing people where to park or how to leave the site. Big smiles required!
You’ll have previous experience with working in a bar and be over the age of 18 at the time of the festival. You’ll be working with our amazing experienced bar manager in the centre of the action, serving either hot or cold drinks and chatting with customers. Fancy dress is
Want to get super-involved? Join our production team to help steer the ship! Manage a stage, lead a team, liaise with artists and problem solve. You will need to attend extra training sessions in advance with the Magical directors, share our huge passion for running Magical festival, be super-enthusiastic and be flexible with your time (i.e. work more than the three 6-hour shifts!). You’ll be part of the core crew, learn new skills and have a big opportunity to input your creativity and ideas into this Magical project.

If you’re practically minded, handy at DIY or super-creative, this is the role for you! Assist with the setup and take down of the festival and make the site look truly magical. You’ll need to be on-site on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for this role.
